Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

100 g rolled oats

2 tbsp salted caramel peanut butter

2 tbsp natural blueberry (or other berry) jam

½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:

Mash the banana; mix with oats, peanut butter, and cinnamon.

Spoon onto a baking tray lined with parchment; flatten each cookie.

Make a small indent and add a little jam.

Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes. Cool before packing.
