Recommended use:  Coconut cream can be added to various types of dough instead of fat, giving baked goods a fresh coconut flavor. It is suitable as an addition to shakes, juices or cocoa, as a substitute for dairy cream.

Coconut cream can easily be made into coconut milk by dissolving 50g of it in 100ml of warm water.
