12% dark chocolate drops
The mix contains 12% dark chocolate drops made with cocoa mass, coconut sugar, cocoa butter and shea butter.
The chocolate contains a minimum of 61.5% cocoa, giving the cookies a distinct cocoa flavour in every bite.

Coconut sugar is used both in the cookie mix and in the chocolate drops.
Its sweetness pairs naturally with dark chocolate and Bourbon vanilla, creating a balanced cookie flavour without relying on conventional white sugar.

You only need:
- 80 ml vegetable oil or melted butter
- 50 ml milk or plant-based drink
How to prepare
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 170°C, or 185–190°C without fan.
- Prepare a 30 × 30 cm baking tray. Lightly grease it or line it with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine the entire dry cookie mix with 80 ml oil or melted butter and 50 ml milk or plant-based drink.
- Mix thoroughly until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into 12 equally sized balls, place them on the tray and press them down lightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
